this was brilliant, i loved it..can i just ask,i noticed when you do the shouldermount you have your hands quite high,do you think that helps because i really want this move and still cant do it ?

i just put my hands where they work for me. everyone has different grips and hand placements. it's just based on how you teach yourself and your own strength level.

I could imagine how worn you could be..sometimes when I'm dancing for like even more than about 10 minutes I feel like i have to slow down a bit but you're amazing you don't really seem to be exhausted at all i know its hard to keep going like that but you did a great job!
