  • I understand why the flag on his shoulder has no colour but why are the stars in the wrong upper corner?

  • @MsColdCanada It is worn so that the star field faces forward, or to the flag’s own right. When worn in this manner, the flag is facing to the observer’s right, and gives the effect of the flag flying in the breeze as the wearer moves forward. The rule dates back to the Army's early history, when both mounted cavalry and infantry units would designate a standard bearer, who carried the Colors into battle. As he charged, his forward momentum caused the flag to stream back.

  • too honest for neocons running the usa? n he had to go?

  • If I were running for president, I'd definitely choose General David Petraeus as my running mate. He's the only one tough enough to handle me.

Something tells me that David is half running this country already, with as much influence as President Obama.

  • "u.s. special forces have turned afghanistan into a killing fest." i love that.

  • I hope these anglo+american thugs start rebuilding both afghanistan and Pakistan as they promised.

  • Authors like Khaled Hosseini and Shafie Ayar make people more aware of the great country of Afghanistan. Just the same, this kind of video allows us to understand Afghanistan with a stronger lens.
