Building the 3rd House (La Nuova Famiglia) ~ The Sims 3

1 Master Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms (Unfortunately, there's no toilet in the upstairs bathroom, but there's two in the downstairs bathroom).

I made the room next to the master bedroom an office so that anyone that doesn't have a baby or a kid can use it as an office. I'm using it as an office right now until my sims are ready to have kids. Then I will change it into a nursery. It'll look purdy. Lol.

Beautiful Starter Home that I will be using as my Sim's first home. :D The male in the last picture, I designed to look like Eddie Cahill. Yay.

So, when you're in the build mode, if you click on the roof area of the house, click on the delete all roofs and select the Autoroof to off. At least that's what I do.

After that, there's two buttons in the navigational area where it's the top part of a house with, and then a lower part of the house.

Click the top part of the house button, if it's not already 4 floors high, and from there you can work on your upper floor. :D

How do you make a room a color at once like without painting the walls in the sections? cuz i always take forever painting rooms.lol

@kailiesc There's a button right below the wall tool, and it's the square room tool. If you click on that in the wallpaper section it will paint the wall in one click, instead of having to click on each single section of the wall. :D
