Me battling the Salon Maiden Anabel for the Gold Ability Symbol. I randomly chose my team. She has

Latios@Brightpowder
Calm Mind, Dragon Claw, Psychic, Recover

Raikou@Lum Berry
Calm Mind, Reflect, Rest, Thunderbolt

Snorlax@Chesto Berry
Curse, Rest, Return, Shadow Ball

Latios is probably the best of the three. After it uses Calm Mind a few times, it's almost impossible to kill it with special attacks. It's got Recover. It also has STAB moves which gets a boost from Calm Mind that can be dangerous. Give it a status infliction, use stat boosts, lower its stats, and use physical attacks.

Raikou is useless against a ground type. Although it has Reflect, it would just take a few more turns than usual for a ground pokemon. Rest? Go ahead, you're still gonna die. The only problem may be the PP of your pokemon's attacks. If you are relying on Earthquake alone, it's pressure can cause you to run out of PP, and switch into a different pokemon.

Snorlax has a decent moveset. Curse a few turns cover it's low defense, and Rest gets a free turn because of Chesto Berry. You could force it to waste its Chesto Berry by using a sleep move. Mixed sweepers are good because you could start attacking with physical attacks, and after you see it using Curse a couple turns, you can switch to using special attacks.

@cocpic If he was going to cheat, he would raise it to 999 attack. And there's a limit to the number of proteins you can use. He EV trained it in attack.

Sir047 thats impossible because I checked serebii pokedex and then metagross and it's maximum attack stat is 405.

perfectly fine to have metagross with 399 attack, mine has 382 attack, 296 defence, 203 sp.attack (doesnt matter since i have attack moves), 216 sp.defence and 218 speed. ya yours beats mine....

wow your metagross was almost fully ev traind in attack and I checked serebii pokedex then I typed in metagross and it,s max attack stat is 405 nice
