I did this with my brother. There's phases to this:

Phase 1- the Ground: "This is going to be awesome!"

Phase 2a- the lift up: "Man this is an awesome view"

Phase 2b- the lift up:" OK...this is getting kinda high"

Phase 3- The Countdown: " I think I just pooped a little"

Phase 4- Release: "HOLYYYYYYYY SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT"

Phase 5- Rectum unclenched:" WooooooooooooooHoooooooooooo!!­!"

Phase 6- The End: "We gotta go again!!!"
