  • My god... this is the first time I've seen the "after" of Frank. His energy is so different, aura, micromovements, eye movements, stance, centeredness... Who would ever guess where he came from? Just goes to show how the past does not exist unless we paint a picture of it with our minds.

  • he looks like a new man

  • @annie46664 Thank you for you comment :)

  • @ohmylourdes1 ~ I found Melissa really delightful & with the natural, unpretentious ability to bring out thee most frank of Frank.

  • CONGRATULATIONS FRANK!

Well done Ryland, brother Cary & best friend Conor for having such amazing insight, love & LIGHT in all of your hearts.

If only you guys could've met Amy Winehouse before she bid the world farewell. :(

I learned about this amazing story via: NaturalNews . com ~ where one can read the whole story.

Love & LIGHT to one & ALL,

  • @thewaterfalloflove - I disagree with your statement somewhat. If a person has work done, that is their prerogative and it is a common thing these days so no one really needs a disclaimer. Look at it this way: a person's desire to "have work done" is part of their own evaluation of their beauty and worthiness. It's just another part of the path; it can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending a lot on the consciousness of the person choosing. Frank's radiance feels soul-level authentic to me.

  • ---AND Frank looks even better now in this interview, than he ever did in the film. It's a beautiful thing to see this transformation!

Google "health benefits of raw milk" and try some!!!!

  • Terrific interview! I saw the film, and it was deeply moving to me, because a) my own life has been recently transformed through more conscious eating choices, and b) Frank reminds me so much of a lifelong dear friend of mine, a brilliant fellow who let himself go for a few years and found himself peaked out at 333 lbs. He's just begun to turn it around. He's about to get my promo dvd of "May I Be Frank" in the mail :)
