Demonstration of a Unique Rhexis marker for centering the Rhexis on the Visual axis and NOT on the center of the pupil. Conformation of Rhexis size with rhexis ruler and use of the Banaji Canula. A multipurpose canula with myriad functions, including 1) Hydrodissection 2) Nucleus rotation 3) Wound Hydration 4) AC fill 5) Rhexis measurement. precisely so. If you use the rhexis marker, the size will be large enough to minimize the risk of blow out and small enough to do a capture with ease. many thanks for your comments and for watching

  • Sir, Most of the eye surgeons are in favour of smaller ccc's for posterior polar cataract keeping in mind that if something goes wrong with the bag they can at least implant a lens in the sulcus and do the optic capture. Please send ur email address also in the reply

Thank you Kiranjit. If you use the Banaji i Loc together with the rhexis marker, it will make your surgery easier. The globe has to be stabilised with the i loc whilst Rhexis is being done, else paralax error will reduce your accuracy..Warm wishes. Burjor
