The resistance started out in kunar and noooristan while the "The great hero" was sitting in pakistan...that is why the russians were called to afghana because the nooristanis and pashtun tribesmen were in complete rebellion? remeber the russians came from northern afghana to kabul...why did masoud resistance them when they FIRST passed panshir? come one people THINK!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you are right. Massoud started his jihad first in Nooristan because nooristan had established mujahideen bases and there he excelled and then moved on to panjsher and then expanded to the entire northern afghanistan. Massoud started the resistance from Nooristan first eveybody know this SO dont act smart

@Everblazzin21 that means nothing - Nooristan reacted first against the Pashtun chovanism of the Khaliqs - the Pashtunist Khalqis whom used the talk of Communism to push their Pashtunist agenda - with the weapons of the USSR. Massoud has always paid respect to Nuristanis for their brave stance. Pashtuns are just pure haramee whom love to boast.

Yeah no doubt Dr. Abdullah got more votes in Noorisan than Karzai even due to insecurity. They staged a game and said some containers of votes was accidently dropped from the helicopter in which thousands of votes went missing in the forists of Nooristan. Even by doing that, they could only make Abdullah and Karzai Equal in Nooristan.
