I agree with another comment, he/she needs a coat on even if they are only out for a few minutes. Unfortunately, Yorkies are so tiny and not as hardy as a husky or lab ;)

my chihuahua hates wet cold weather we live in connecticut and she the kind of dog that does his buesness outside it snows alot sometimes so shes up to her belly she would have to hop like a rabbit to get any whare

one pup my friend has would step on the snow and then lift one paw at a time and shake it, and then bark like a nut and then do it all again till they took her inside lol

she didnt wana go down the steps of the porch. ha we had to pick her up

Small dogs like that need to keep warm consistenly, he should have a coat or something on, especially because you see that his hair is all wet, just being cautious
