@Numinous123 IF you think that i am not making sense, then you are just a plain stubborn. Just becuase they are fast growing and you have to chop them down ? Rubbish talk. Reduce, reuse and recycle. Who asked you to buy a new bicycle ? Always go for used bicycle.

Okay. You're not making sense. Bamboo is a fast growing, strong plant, that's biodegradable.
Also, the act of smelting metal, or even creating carbon fiber takes a lot more energy than growing bamboo.
Also, you don't get dangerous, toxic runoff from smelting plants, or pollutants in the atmosphere from the smelting plants and forges.
