Why do most of the fire emblem games have Marth as the main character?

@VentusXtreme44 Most don't. Not counting remakes, Marth has been in 2/10 of the Fire Emblem games.

@KAsevenfive But out of all the ones that you listed in the video, Marth is in FE1, FE3, and FE4. I just wanted to know why the makers of Fire Emblem used Marth in more than one game and didn't make another game with one of the other main characters.

@KAsevenfive oh sorry. my bad. I thought the guy with blue hair was Marth, but I researched about FE4 and it was someone else. So yeah, he is in 2 games, but why did the makers of Fire Emblem use him again instead of making a new character?

@VentusXtreme44 1 and 3 are probably based in the same universe for similar reasons as 4 and 5 are, 6 and 7 are, as well as 9 and 10 being in the same universe. Not an uncommon thing at all for more than one game to be dedicated to the same universe. Marth has two games, Leaf and some others are in two games, Ike is in two games. 6 and 7 are separated by a generation so fewer characters there are playable in both games.

I think FE8 has my favorite theme. Maybe it's because FE8 was my first one. And I always think about Joshua's recruitment when I listen to it. :D

Just played through FE2 and it doesn't have a recruit theme. The song played is a town theme, you do recruit some characters while this theme plays, but just as often a tiny 5 second recruit fanfare plays. Regardless, I do love FE2s music, endgame is awesome for example.
