  • You certainly are right. But I don't think that many of the well-known singer/songwriters compose by this..."instructions". I think they just feel it. (I don't know much about singer/songwriter, tho)

  • @meddelhed You're right, I don't think most of the best think like this, I think the best do it intuitively, meaning they're following these "rules" or guidelines without even knowing they're doing it. But it never hurts anyone to learn more about what they're doing. True talent can stand a little education.

  • Hahaha after I watched this the first thing I did was check my own song that I'm writing right now, and in the very first line I had "into" stressed the way she did. XD This is so true.
