That was me! Companies are in a catch 22 aren't they? Really when it comes down to it, most people are not going to care while the company is making them money. When it isn't that's when they are going to start pointing fingers. Thanks for the videos, Shawn.

Start at 0:22 then go back and listen to the question. It really seemed like a generic response. Unless he was discretely trying to say "No, I run the fucking company", I don't really understand how what he was saying was relevant. Although I don't speak corporateese.
