I'm from Greece too!
It was my favorite cartoon and i didn't know how to search it the last years because i was so little then to read the title.

They are making a "pancake-cake" that is very popular in Hungary where this cartoon is from.
The black bottle is for making sparkling water.

They were making palacsinta -palachinta- which is a kind of a pancake but thinner than the American version. -Since I am from Hungary, I had that too and the one that is made here.- Yes, they put flour, eggs, salt and seltzer water in it. That's the one you saw coming out from that bottle! They cannot put sugar in it, since then it would stuck on the pan. Then they fry it, and you can put jam, ground walnut, or a special sweetened mix of farmer cheese in it! Yummi, I will make some soon! ;)
