Actually, the things you consider a high standard of living are trinkets and nothing more, they have no lasting wealth. If you could not buy a car, or a TV or some other silly electronic thing. Within ten years you would be like everyone else in the world.

Consumerism is only the remaining technique to ensure your life long poverty. Robbing you of the differential wealth that is based on nothing or any real worth at all.

Living in the US is fine, for now, but now that wages overseas are far less than the need to hire here, the need for the system they created here to exploit you labor is no longer any good.

The little that they were willing to give you is now no longer needed. The US is heading for a spiral down that anyone who could not see it will be amazed at.

I love this country too, but more for it's real potential than it's wealth. But sad to say we traded it all for junk that only ends up in the trash

these tactics are the reasons why we have the quality of life that we enjoy here. Im not saying its right, but if we dont do it someone else will. I would not live any where else but in the United States
