if you heard sounding point then gladwell will not disappoint, it so far what i have listened to is pretty good i downloaded it today on amazon, very pleased , iowa taken very good the structuring of the tunes on gladwell very impressive julian has taken his sound down different avenues on gladwell his first album and this one are different in their substance and sounds the band backs him up very nicely
