Mission Debriefing: Alexei Borodin has been sent in by the C.I.A. in joint operation with Task Force 141 to befriend and observe V.R. Makarov, a known terrorist. Makarov has served years in the Spetnaz prior to his criminal activity. He was discharged after being suspected of crimes against humanity. Crimes include hijacking, bombing, assassination, human trafficking, money laundering, drug trafficking, and execution. He is listed as the most wanted on Task Force 141's list of targets, and his motives are widely unknown. The correlation of his attacks makes him appear as a mercenary, but Makarov was one of Zakhaev's lieutenants and he may or may not still be acting as a revolutionary. Makarov has been creating tension between NATO and The Ultranationalist Russia for years, but we have been unable to eliminate him due to lack of information. Borodin's work will allow us to easily locate and kill Makarov, as well as his associates. Recent reports from field agents indicate that Makarov has been planning something large, and we have not been able to contact Borodin for a week. His plans are as of now unknown.
