The 300C wins in a race, but the DTS is a much nicer car in every other possible aspect.

@otissmob, the v6s in the 300 are AWFUL, especially the older base models with the older v6s -- terrible engines. If the base model was any slower the 0-60 the time would be listed as N/A or "Needs Large Downhill".

The 300C has a V8, either a 5.7L or 6.1L. And they have more HP although maybe less at lower RPMs, but because they are RWD or AWD, the 300C will beat a Deville DTS, even with a terrible driver most likely. The 6.1L v8 model is almost 2 seconds faster to 60 than a 02 DTS!

dts will stay right beside the clumsy 300c all day... i drove a 300c... nice motor but what a shit box...handles like shit... feels like shit... cheap as shit... looks amazing..... a real shame.... i now own a dts :)
