definitely an improvement over the first. the intro hook was missing in the first one right?

I like this arrangement better. I don't know how to explain it but it's like the bass have more part and for me I like it better.

yes way better, as you think of your muscle memory hitting that D cord, a louder strike which everyone does, but do it with EVERY blow to those strings yes. let it ring out, every note this time, Strike it again and all notes now, hit it LOUD with that sound! yes. there is no need to hold back the sound. we like the sound
