On the third day of Christmas, CRH gave to me...

...three prison cells.

At present there are more than 6,000 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli jails[1], including more than 340 children[2]. Over 200 are held in administrative detention, interned without charge or trial. Prisoners can be interrogated for 180 days with no access to lawyer for 60 days. Both physical and physiological torture is routine. Family visits are severely restricted and often totally denied. Prisoners are responsible for providing up to half of their own food needs. Clean clothing, soap and basic hygiene is also often denied. Since 1967 over 750,000 Palestinians, 20% of the population, have been incarcerated.
