@JJI6881 I was there and still love it!

he sounds good for being live. All that stardom got to them and they got lazy with their live shows because they are millionaires. Back then, it was just sound perfect all the time or be out of a job

@monmixer I think it's Perry. I think his playing actually declined in the late 70s, and he was playing better earlier in their career.

VERY early Aerosmith. Thanks for posting this.

Yea..@bluntforce those lead guitar fills are not Joe Perry. I am a player and this was one my favorite bands and also one of the first songs I learned how to properly play. the lead beark is Joe Perry..the fills are not. doesn't even sound like him. I have never heard this recording before. Where did you find it Kingcrimson? I would like to have a copy of this for it's rareity. I own almost every Aerosmith recording bought and paid for.

@kingcrimson1972 mustv been great back then...if only all the people back then knew what was gonna happen to the music industry today and how their style of showgoing was gonna be outdated....precautions wouldve been made so we can keep on rocking!

Joe Perry looks like he hasn't slept in about 5 days in the first picture!

@kingcrimson1972 Just think of the emerging(and eventually iconic) imagery of rock in the early to mid 1970's---Aerosmith,Alice Cooper, Kiss,Ted Nugent, New York Dolls, etc--- an amazing time for rock n roll and teenagers who experienced as it happens!!

@JJI6881 Flash, those bands had it. Ya know? Back in the day there wasn't a ton of pics of bands. Saw em live, magazine, back of the record. That's it, so the average fan has to remember the wild show if they are gonna buy anything
