  • what a wonderful clip! I've followed Roger for so many years now and I never could imagine him working hard in a gym like other athletes, it always felt to me that he was born like that, so effortless and so good, but this video shows a side of Roger we don't know that well, that hard worker that puts all the work to make the impossible look easy, thanks for posting.

    GO Roger!!

  • What great video! I've never seen this before, and you rarely ever see the practice side of what made Roger so incredible.

  • hes the best of all time on tennis no one else can beat him sorry

  • Good job federer!Having a children doesn't make federer stop and lose from tennis ambition. The true is he don't have to train too hard and build a muscle like nadal did but won a 16 grandslams.Eventhough other tennis player also muscular and train soo hard but never win.Good job Roger, you've done well and try to get more grandslams and bit others!!

  • so sexy :) love you Roger

  • i dont really think Roger trains too hard by now

  • Roger said at AO he´s just sitting on the couch. XD Proven wrong.

  • It looks like a ping pong paddle or something like it. It had a strap/cord attached to it. Maybe it's weighted and allows him to move and practice certain things, I don't know.

  • ping pong Rog.... YEAH!!!!
