Lavatories at glastonbury 2010

The lavatories in the crew field werent too bad this year at Glastonbury Festival.I interviewed a couple of people after hanging around for a while--the woman thought they were good if not enticing.In 2009 you wouldnt want to go into the Crew field without a GAS MASK.Weather was HOT as well.

They are emptied (not often enough) but I don't understand why they can't employ professional company to clean them rather than volunteers armed with rubber gloves, spray cleaner & cloth. They come out gagging.

I love Glasto & its whole atmosphere but its a fail on the toilets & the rubbish. The toilets need hosing down a few times a day (like they are at some other festivals). Alot of money is paid for tickets so hiring pro cleaners is justified and it will stop the contamination of the river.
