Does anyone remember an other product I believe made by this company? I was used for short greetings, cut grooves, run the grooves over your thumb nail. Came in a greeting box, coiled up.

Eva-Tone "soundsheets" were the modern-day equivalent of what Durium Products was issuing in the early '30s; along with "Hit of the Week", they also released advertising and other "commemorative" discs on flexible 78rpm cardboard discs of various sizes. In the late '60s, Eva-Tone began marketing these "vinyl" discs {square and round} for advertising and "commemorative" purposes. This is one such example. One of their most famous is Time-Life Record' 1970 "advert" for "The Swing Era".
