This is 2011 dude. The days of poorly interlaced 4:3 video is over. Bad tilt-shift effect or not.

Bluring the top half of the screen is NOT tilt shift. The edge between blurred and focused is far too sharp for an awful lot of these scenes.

Nice song, but the tilt-shift technique just doesn't work with the views used in the video.
