Up against the Democratic nomination, Ron Paul wins because he can pull more liberals from the Democratic party than the democrats can pull conservatives from the GOP.

Nquietness: here's how RP wins.
Federal Election Commission announces an upside surprise in Ron Paul fundraising, with Ron Paul passing up Mitt Romney, claiming the number 2 spot.
The pro-war GOP vote is split three-way: Guliani, Thompson, Romney; Ron Paul wins the GOP nomination.

I agree--he's going to win.

No offense taken. The circularity of the political campaign is ironic. Votes win elections, not dollars. Yet politicians raise dollars in order to spread their crappy message on TV and radio and newsprint.
Ron Paul is going to win. He has a message that spreads itself with *new* media and the voting record to back up his honesty and integrity. His chase for the dollar, to me, is to show the establishment -- who are run by the media -- that he can win by the old/proven way of winning.

Cool. (Forgive me if calling you a bastard was offensive. I was completely jocking and I just wanted to show you how jealous I was of you.) Thanks for the vid.

Ron Paul seemed so humble and reserved for a statesman with the greatest voting record ever. He was talking to us joes like he talked to anybody. Give him a good question and he'll really come alive with healthy discussion and information that really makes you think! More to come.
an extra-uber YAY shout-out to Carl in charge of security. That man has THE most important job in the world right now, IMO!

Yeah... Karl. He was quiet. I got the sense that he didn't know the utter value of the man that he was protecting.
