Ben weighed 80kg in his prime and he could squat 300kg x6 reps, 4 sets. He could also bench press over 200kg. How many people can do that even with steroids?
in the 80's Eastern European athletes were given steroids by their own governments and even they couldnt produce track sprinters that could run under 10secs (because its not an easy thing to do).
