This lovely song performed by Dusty Springfield gave me the idea to pay tribute to some of the great singers who have awed me over and over again with their heartfelt performances. They are all amazing artists and hopefully more people will discover their music.

This song gave me newfound appreciation of Dusty Springfield when I first heard it. Aretha Franklin is my favorite singer, and I'm so glad she was included. It's so nice to see videos like this respecting all artists, instead of videos up comparing everyone vocally. It's not about vocals, it's about being Quiet, there's a lady on stage and she's singing a song. It's about us listening. I especially love the lyric of this song that talks about the singer "bearing all our sins." Great video!

Wow. I was glad to see my grrrl Mina in there. She may be almost completely unknown in the English speaking world, but she is without a doubt one of the greatest singers of all times.
