I think Rainer Tachibana is hands down the best Lightning I've seen. She's done Noctis as well and she looks amazing!

the only cosplay that a non jap person may pull off is lightning since she looks less japanese than the other final fantasy characters, everyone else needs to be japanese to get the best outcome :)
