  • do you mean that i give a lot of money on my laptop and i cant keep him on my bed? i use now a cooling support with fans but it stills get hot... stupid acer laptops.. i want to beat the crap on that ingineer from acer.. until he shits blood..

  • @catalynoo lol yeah that's why they changed the name to "notebook" instead of "laptop" so you don't use them on your lap. I find Macbooks the very best design since they use dual fans one for gpu, one for cpu and they're in the top of the board so it's possible to use them on the bed.

  • @reply4reply why to pay 1300$ on a mac? when the salary here is 300$ i have to work 4-5 months and dont buy anything to get a mac.. why to do that? i think a laptop costs a lot of money and should be good to use not after 3 months to be good to throw it to the garbage.? a laptop isnt suposed to be used a lifetime or you buy it and then you throw it ? i dont get it :|

  • @catalynoo no laptop is for life, except maybe Mac because mac parts quality is very good but they're overpriced ofcorse. cheap laptops have a lifetime between 1 year to 4 years but better to get desktop it's much better, you don't need more than 4 years because technology has moved by then and you want new technology to keep'up.

  • whats ur laptop temperatures? i have mine lift and i have a fan pointing at it and still my temperatures while playing games are:

    CPU: 87

GPU: 85 its an dv 9500

  • @ImunityPT123 The HP DV9000 and DV9500 are not gaming laptops nor built for gaming, just because they have a good graphic card doesn't mean they're gaming ready, those temps are very high and don't be sad when it dies pretty soon.

  • those laptops laptops graphics crapped out anyways lol thats prbably the DV6000 i have the DV9000 after the recalls :)

  • 110 people already do this.

  • 0:43... The only use of a book

  • I make my very own custom holes :)

  • What!? I use to have my laptop on a book too; and the bios- motherboard got fried anyway.it wouldn't boot up at all. I now use a hairdryer to get it to work sometimes. I also have a giant flat wooden board I use to place the laptop on; that helps a little.

  • yes..... thats a big problem with many users, they overheat their laptops (specialy dv series) because they are holding airflow and fan cant cool the video card. thats because hp dv series have only one fan for processor and video card and it should cooll down both . for me it was advantageous because i bought used dv6000 (overheated) then i reflowed it and it works fine with good care. it cost me only 20$

  • you can also use a board also, a small one just a little bigger than the laptop works good on beds.

  • i used to have this same laptop with the ramote in the side......loved it

  • just hav a table fan pointing at it. itll be very cool. trust me

  • Nooo it is not healthy. Are you high or what?
