I am really thin,lost a lot of weight, and would like to gain muscles but round ones.

@xXBrookesVoiceXx My back never hurts when i'm doing squats and stuff so you are probably doing it wrong if your back hurts!!!

@pinktwixgirl56 Im 140 and 5'6" but I wish I was 130 haha... I dont think 130 at 5'6" is too light, but it all depends on your body composition and build etc... sounds good to me though!
