Spicy sauce is a hot sauce commonly used in Moroccan cuisine. It adds a kick to pasta, tagines, couscous or any dish that likes a bit of spice. Every family has their own recipe. Mine is very easy, it contains oil, vinegar, garlic and salt. /
La sauce piquante est une sauce généralement utilisée dans la cuisine marocaine. Elle ajoute un gout spécial aux pâtes, couscous, tajines ou n'importe quel plat qui exige un peu d'épice. Chaque famille a sa propre recette. La mienne est très facile, elle contienne l' huile, le vinaigre, l'ail et le sel.
