I posted a big comment here but it didn't take I guess.
I'll say it again, in shorter form:
I love Cat Power. Been into her for about a year and a half(not too long I know) but she's so amazing. Moon Pix is my favorite album of all time. The bluesy direction she's going in now is great, but part of me definitely wants at least a couple songs in her old, hard-hitting, mysterious style.
Amazing voice regardless. she's a very talented woman.

I love Cat Power so much. I've been into her a little over a year and a half (not that long I guess) but she is so amazing. She is definitely my favorite musician.
The direction she's going in is good, but I can't help but like her older stuff (Particularly Moon Pix) so much more. I just love the mysterious, raw and beautiful style she had back then.
I do like this version of the song, but I like the original better. I can't say I don't love her new bluesy style, though.
