  • Nobody gives a shit if you grunt at the gym, go ahead and make noise!

As long as you're not screaming.

  • @fool246 There is a difference between straining to get a weight up and just screaming. I have been to gyms where I have seen assholes screaming with light weights to make people look at them. they are retarded.

  • I notice you go pretty low, I do them that way too. I have heard as well have been told the elbows shouldn't drop passed the shoulders, but I notice you feel it more when they do.

  • @dannyjingu This is an older video. I don't do this many sets or reps anymore. But yes I go pretty low when I do these. I don't go ridiculously heavy with the weight either. If you can't go low enough because your shoulders are bothering you, then lower the weight a little bit. This is a shaping exercise, not a strength exercise. I see too many idiots out there loading tons of weight on this one and barely doing anymovement, or they keep their elbows at 90 degree angles instead of 135 angles.

  • Very nice vid. Great looking also :-)

  • @Fitange Thanks

  • how can a muscle be "shaped"

everything scientific i have ever read says muscles cannot be shaped. shape is genetic.

    please explain

  • Thanx man.

  • nevermind he just said lol

  • is this good for getting a bigger chest or getting more mass in your chest??

  • theres men and then theres MEN!! and then theres guys like this on a whole other level of hotness.

  • after a while it looks like the camera is on the floor and you're standing haha

  • @HomeGymFitness I do fairly light weight on flys to keep the form proper. I've seen people do what you are talking about, what they shouldn't be doing, like turning it into a wide press at the gym constantly.

It may be an older video, but it's still great information.
