I could never beat Wario's castle when I was a kid... I recently found the game and decided to play it all again... got to Wario's castle and... it took me like over 10 tries to beat it... and th strange thing is... I can complete it easily now that I beat it the first time.

Hah. That's a tough one. Sometimes I would cheat though. Just a bit near the end. If you go into the castle with your enemy kill count at maximum, then when you get into the upper chambers and defeat the first floating Wario head, your count resets so you get a star. You can make short work of the pairs of Wario heads in the following chambers. Many of you may have already realized to do this. Of course, if you do it so that you get the Star right before Wario, the power disappears in his room!
