http://www.lsai.co.il A presentation of Lightning Scientific Arnis Israel was held at the Interdisciplinary Center by Master Jon Escudero and Neta Shermister. The demonstration was done with the help of Angelo Garcia.

Hello... what is the meaning of LSAI? Im hoping sana Lightning Scientific Arnis Inc. kayo... Phil.Dynamic Arnis po kami under sa pamumuno ni Grandmaster Galvarole...Ang galing nyo, sana mas makilala ang mga pinoy sa larangan nang Arnis hindi sa ibang sports. Tangkilikin yung sariling atin.

Nice drill sir. In fact these drills sharpen ones reflexes and body coordination. One will surely understand once he reached that level =).

Dumachum as kalbossing said it's a drill. It was meant to train a specific skill/attribute.
Everyone else, yes Arnis has unarmed techniques, grapples, kicks yes siree. But first instinct in a Filipino fighter is to gain an unfair advantage. Get something to whack with.

I'm thinking of taking filipino martial arts,but I'm wondering is it just weapons training? Is there any grappling or hand strikes?
