Steps to Electric Sharpening
---------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Choose a good electric sharpener. The one that Chef Crowley uses in this video is a
ChefsChoice EdgeSelect 120.2. Simply run your knife through the three different slots.
3. If your knife is really dull, you may want to run it through three or four times on each side.Note: A serrated edge knife will not work in this kind of sharpener and does not need sharpening.
