Man, I miss this style of And1.
The new And1 (after the split), is okay ...
But the old And1 is always going to be the classic for me.

So my team mate #VIDEOPOSTERID# finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over a foot higher! So he followed the training program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and increased over 16 inches in his vertical jump!
