@bubububu175 assuming you're not trolling (and even if u are, many speculate about this, so I'll answer), we all teach our children to LOOK both ways before crossing. Also, cars traveling even at 30km/hr make pretty noticeable tire noise. And I've heard a lot of pure gasoline cars make next to no engine sound when cruising at 50km/hr (loud tire noise is all I hear).

@Arc91 Its also uses alot of power witch means that you will get reduced range

Really?

@bubububu175 what a load of bull lol

imagine these cars without having any sound? are we not used to "Hear" cars before we cross the streets, dont we tell our children to hear for teh cars? EC's without any sound will cause accidents!

It's good option for these one who doesn't like Jet Engine Sound

Ha Ha, that guy bought a super expensive fast car and was like: "Danm it! I still feel like I have a small penis..... maybe if I make it louder....."

@Arc91 yup, nice answer...

I'd like to have speed synced sound choices like steam locomotive, various Star Trek and Star Wars vehicles. The real function is to alert pedestrians but teh fun factor is a plus

Seems pretty pointless for an electric car to have.
That sound module thing is just plain retarded , in my opinion.
What comes next? Adding the stink of the exhaust of a conventional car?

Why do people insist that v8 v10 sounds better? I personally LOVE the jet engine like pure sound of Tesla. Next to that, gas engines sound like a choking smoker next to an Olympic athlete.
