if you want to make yourself heres what to do pick wich one you are the most of french,german, italion=imperieal middle eastern= kajihht scandanavian=nord rassian,polish=orc african=redgaurd native american=wood elf south american/mayan ancestry=argonian japaneese=high elf chineese=dark elf irish,british,scottish=breton i did this with oblivion(breton cuz im more irish then anything) and picked the tower birthsighn cuz it lines up with october felt like i was in the g

You can't pick birthsigns like in Oblivion, but you can find Tower stone and activate it. It gives ability to open expert level locks without picking them.

I see your point, but now you don't have to build your character before playing the game, so you don't make astrological or class predestination. You can continuously create your character while playing by using skill trees and selecting current Standing Stone effects for example.
