@Moshimonsterable It wasn't horrible at all....in fact it's the best I've seen. There's nothing wrong with him wanting a cuddle, but there are ways and means. If you want something, you ask nicely or it will come naturally. You don't demand it in that way. Mummy and daddy love him unconditionally, but the big wide world wont and his parents would be setting him up for a fall if they just picked him up and cuddled him at that moment. Once he'd calmed down, he would have had the best cuddle ever.
