8:37 We run so bold! And then run a little a bit farther and a little bit farther because we always think we can run back but you don't realize, there is one like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, and he is not afraid of the sheep! He's afraid of the Shepard.
Glory to God through his servant, brother Paul Washer.

@beloved4275 lust is only sinful when you lust after something that doesn't belong to you. Your wife belongs to you and you belong to her, so how can you lust after what you already have? Unless you mean lust in general

@jlmitchell3 You are right, sex in marriage is not evil but it can be lustful...Have you heard of Theology of the Body? Take a look, lust (sad to report) does not die when we get married. It is a sinful nature that will exist until we pass from this world because we are sinful creatures and can be healed and restored and made clear by the Holy Spirit!

@topfifth99 As for Jesus' birth, the Bible says Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Jesus' birth was pure because of who Jesus is, not who Mary was. Jesus is fully God and fully man. Jesus is sinless: no one can find fault in Him. Mary was human. She also went on to have more children with her husband Joseph: e.g. James, brother of the Lord. Just showing you what the Bible says about Jesus, Mary, and marriage.

@topfifth99 @topfifth99 What you are saying actually agrees with what the Bible says about God's design for human sexuality. God designed sex to be expressed and enjoyed in the context of a marital union between a man and a woman. The union is also a covenant between the man and the woman: the two become one flesh --> for the rest of their lives. Consummation of marriage makes sense when marriage takes place before sex. The Bible says sex before and outside of marriage is adultery.

That's so true it hurts...

Sex in marriage is not evil...That is exactly where God wanted it to happen and in marriage it is not lustful and carnal (while it can be for selfish reasons at times), it is through love and also for obedience to God.
