In this episode of Taste we will teach you how to make these 3 very delicious alcoholic beverages: a Pimp Named Slickback, Vodka Blush, and a Dirty Mexican

Pimp Named Slickback

1 oz of Triple Sec
1/2 oz of White Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
Splash of Amaretto Liquor

Vodka Blush

2 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 lime Juice
Dash of Grenadine Syrup

Dirty Mexican

4 oz Lemonade
2 oz vodka
1 oz Sprite
Stir and Serve

Ladies and gentelman, boys and girls, and people of legal of drinking age. We gonna have a Pimp Name Slick back make a Dirty Mexican Blush. Right after this. Yeahhhhhh!

Welcome back to TASTE. Now we are going to start today off with a Pimp Name Slick Back. Start off with your highball glass and fill it up with ice. If you want to say on liquor at a party fill the glass all the way up. So that way you don't have to shell out a whole bunch of liquor. Get your shaker and fill that up ice. I doesn't matter how much ice, because were going to strain this off and were going make sure it's good and cold.

Shaker ice glass ice, start off with one shot of triple sec and then you do one shot of lime juice and a half shot of regular white rum. Do a splash of amaretto. A little bit or a lot depending on your taste. You shake it up till it gets real nice and cold. If it gets too cold for your hands ... switch. But you usually want to shake for fifteen seconds or so. Here you go -- A Pimp Named Slickback.

Alright next we are going to have a Vodka Blush and that's going to be in a martini glass. Anytime you do a martini glass drink you want to chill your martini glass. Just dump some ice in your martini glass just enough to get it cold. Grab your shaker, throw some ice in there and you want to start off with two and a half ounces of vodka. Then your going to do a three quarter ounce of lime juice. A splash of grenadine to give it that blush look. Shake it up for a little bit. When you get ready to serve this dump the ice our of your martini glass. Its nice and chilled and you pour your Vodka Blush. A good old girl drink.

Okay now you have a Dirty Mexican. With a dirty Mexican take a little bit of ice and put it in your short glass. Next add four ounces of lemonade, two shots of vodka and basically one shot of sprite. A real simple drink that is good for you. When you serve it stir it. There you have it a Dirty Mexican.
