I think this version is actually by the Finnish pop duo Nylon Beat. They are the original performers of the song, it's originally in Finnish but they made an English version too. The S.E.S. version is a cover, though I think it's got the exact same background track so it may as well be a rip-off rather than a cover made with the permission of the original artists. Please don't attack me for this comment, I'm not dissing K-pop, just stating a fact. It's a pretty song, but not Korean originally.
