thank you so much for uploading these workout videos. i've been doing them a few times a week for almost a month i think. they're really great! tahitian hip hop is my favorite. hehe! i love all the hip shaking!! i really needed to work on my belly, hips, and thighs so i think the island girl videos are perfect for me. thanks again!

How can anyone not fall in love with theve videos. Kili and the others are so peaceful, the heart pumping feel good aerobics, the seagulls singing, the ocean waves lapping, the beautiful skies and those trees... So beautiful.
