If someone is really really sad, even if you smile a bit, anything you say may sound a bit sarcastic.. that's my experience when working with people on self-compassion.. otherwise I'm impressed by the progress I've made on video presentation and you courage. Eliza

@kayti99 thank you, and it's taken me a year of practice )50+) videos to start to be relaxed on camera and I teach stress management so don't give up!
