This is a personal best for me... 5 reps with 6 plates per side on the Hammer Strength Seated Chest Supported Row. Plus I also have a bit of fun in there as well, wouldn't be a Lee Hayward video if I didn't poke a bit of fun in there :-)

  • Do you seriously train in Chuck Taylor's?

  • @allstaralex09

Yes, they are my favorite workout shoe because they are totally flat and provide a good solid base for lifting. You don't need running shoes with arches, padding, and cushioning for lifting. You just need a flat solid base.

  • I have been doing the 12 week workout on your site (on week nine). love the plan, the workouts feel great, and I definitely notice gains. In regards to this video, obviously you have incredible strength, but Is a "plate" 50 lbs or 100 lbs? Thanks!

  • @WhyTheHorseface

When people say a "plate" they typically mean the standard 45 pound plates at the gym. That's what I refer to in this video.

  • Lee, I was having a kind of crummy night, and watching this video cheered me up. Thanks for making me almost piss myself laughing =D

  • @chuckphantom

  • Scooby1961 needs to see this...

  • Great vid :)

All of those "pc-trainers" can continue to read pdf articles and think they know shit - there is no way to lift extra heavy weights with the same form of 5lb weights.

It's about time someone will shut them up :)
