In a way, we all have a wikipedia in our minds. We edit it when we learn new things. Unfortunately, the search bar is hard to find.

Also, updating it requires direct link to another information source via only the five external senses.

Wikipedia in your mind makes me think of Doctor Who. Either it will be like the person that has the extensions that is added to your brain which you can access whenever you wish, but surpressed so one doesn't die. Or be like Donna Noble. (Poor Donna)

First thing I though of when watching Hank say the "wikipedia in my mind" was the Doctor Who episode where the visit game station 5 and they have the brain surgery thing where they can store all the information and they become the computer.
