  • Randy was learning classical guitar at the time, so he didn't steal it. He was inspired.

  • it was a variation of this song... not identical but based off... its not plagarism its inspiration

  • and it wasnt the exact structure of playing,

    it , of course, is in the same chord structure, but the strum patter is different.

    in "Diary of a Madman" the strumming is more similar to that of an arpeggiated chord

  • it's not plagiarism, randy was obviously influencesd by classical music and he liked this peice, so i'm guessing he decided to write a song based off of this etude. correct me if i'm wrong

  • Forget about Hendrix87! Just try to focus on details like sonority, dynamics, rallentendos and accelerandos and finger noise when switching positions. Speed is alright keep things musical at all time!
