Yes I was there midweek game against Mansfield. Stood in the bobbers where that crap hospitality mess is now, Bruce Rioch was sent off in the first five minutes, Frenchy ran up the right hand side in front of the main stand loped past several defenders, ran in front of their goalie slotted it home. The greatest goal I've ever seen, what a waste of talent, what is he doing now?

I was there too. Wasnt that the match, Bruce Rioch was sent off ? I was in the Oak Road stand.

I was standing on the Kenilworth Road terrace that night behind the goal in which Graham French scored. I can see him now jinxing down the pitch approaching the right side of the goal before coming inside and slotting home with his left foot. It was the greatest individual goal I have ever seen. Legendary.
